The Pretecht Story

After 15 years of providing on-site technology support to St. Louis ’ small and medium-sized businesses, SSE began to hear from an increasing number of business owners who were looking for reliable, proactive technology support.

Most of these business owners found themselves dependent upon an unreliable contract technician or a small firm of technology professionals who could only REACT to their computer problems. Thousands of dollars later, the computer system may have been back on-line, but what exactly had been done? And why did these problems keep happening again and again?

We knew there had to be a better way – a means to protect small businesses BEFORE they sacrificed time, money and peace of mind.

And so we developed PretechtSM.

PretechtSM leverages SSE’s best practices and packages them in an affordable support system for small to medium-sized businesses. Coupling state-of-the-art computer monitoring and 24x7 technical support, Pretecht trends system statistics over time to PREDICT system instabilities BEFORE they become business problems.
